Ashlie has a bachelor’s degree in Business/Organizational Communication from Ball State University and holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management and Development from National Louis University. She is a SHRM Certified Professional and brings 10 years of Human Resources experience, most recently as an HR Business Partner at Amazon’s North American Fulfillment Centers.

Her specialties include hiring, onboarding, data management for operational solutions, strategic growth planning, building teams and processes from the ground up, and many team-member facing programs, such as engagement, employee relations, and other full lifecycle employee programs. Ashlie has a wide breadth of knowledge in Business Operations and is certified in Agile methodologies, Scrum/Project Management, and Jira. Ashlie has been a key player in helping Affordit achieve operational goals.
