Alan brings over 30 years of banking and finance experience to Affordit. He most recently used his talents in multiple roles at Bank OZK, from State President to the Regional Director, Community Banking, concentrating on the expansion and growth of OZK in four states, with a focus on Florida. Before Bank OZK acquired the St Petersburg-based C1Bank in 2016, Alan worked as the EVP, Chief Lending Officer and the South Florida Market Executive to implement and execute market strategies, maximizing business development opportunities across various markets within the state of Florida. Alan joined C1Bank in 2013 and previously spent more than 20 years working for large banks, such as Mellon Financial and SunTrust Bank.

Alan is a proud graduate of the University of Tampa and currently serves as a member of the Board of Trustees since 2017.  Alan has a passion for volunteering and giving back to his community. He has served on numerous non-profit Boards throughout his career and has particular interests in pet advocacy and contemporary art. He is a co-chair for the annual “Brunch for the Animals” fundraiser for the Miami-Dade Humane Society. Alan’s knowledge of the finance services industry, enthusiasm for innovation and development, and his constant drive will be a compelling force in Affordit’s continued success.
